Welcome to the 2026/27 Heschel Hot Lunch Program!

Please make sure to create a new account using the access code provided in the Heschel email.

Rosh Hashana Bakery orders must be in by Monday September 7th at Midnight and will be delivered on Thursday September 10th.

The September ordering window is now open until Midnight of Wednesday September 9th 2026.

Please place your orders by midnight on Wednesday September 9th 2026 to receive hot lunches and challahs during the month of September.

September orders will be delivered to classrooms September 14th to October 2nd 2026.

Orders that are not paid for by the time the system closes will not be processed!

As an EcoSchool, Heschel discourages the use of single use plastics. Please remember to send reusable utensils to school with your child. Neither the school nor the vendors provide plastic utensils for lunches or snacks. Thank you.

Please use a computer not a phone to place your orders as the program was not designed for mobile devices.

1. Register as a parent -
   • Click on "Click Here to Register".  
   • After this first time, you can log in using your email address and chosen password.
   • The email address you provide will be used to send you confirmation of your orders, and a reminder each Sunday of what you ordered for your child(ren) for the following week.
   • Click on the "Register Now" button at the bottom
2. Enter all your children into the system
   • Click on "Students" and follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends Heschel.
   • The system may automatically fill in their last name, but please edit it if their last name is not the same as yours.
   • Please choose the correct class and teacher for your child.
3. Place all your orders for each child
   1. Click on "Orders" and proceed to place orders for each of your children.  
   2. When ordering lunches, select all the items you want to order and then on the Orders screen click "Pay with PayPal" Unpaid orders will not be delivered.
4. Teachers & Staff
   • You will have been sent login information. If you have children at the school they will be attached to that login so there is no need to make two accounts. If you did not receive the login info, please contact the office.


We hope you enjoy the convenience of this system. Remember, the program is run by parent volunteers, so please be patient and kind.
